Ireland Trip : 24th September
I’m back in Germany. All the
way from Galway to Shannon Airport I had this sad feeling of having to leave
Ireland. I wish I could stay longer or maybe have the chance to go back there.
I don’t know why but I really
love to take video of Ireland. I don’t usually like to take videos. Maybe the scenery calls for it. And I would
say Ireland is the best choice if anyone wants to try to travel alone. The
people are super duper friendly, they speak English and there are a lot of
tours with reasonable pricing.
Well I guess I made a good
choice this time. The experience, I shall cherish them as long as I breathe.
‘It is He who made the earth tame for you – so walk
among its slopes and eat of His provision – and to Him is the resurrection.’ (67:15)

Ireland Trip : 23rd September
A lucky mistake ever that I
boarded the wrong bus yesterday. It was raining cats and dogs at Connemara.
Luckily it was my last tour and of course it should rain at least a day in my
whole trip.
Like Martin said, ‘Just to remind you that it’s Ireland. We have
three seasons. About to rain, it’s raining and after the rain.’
Well Martin is our driver cum
tour guide for the two-days tour. He gave us a lot of information and
interesting stories.
Our first stop was at an old
bar in Leenane. Martin said it serves the best Irish coffee in town. So I was eager to try it. Unfortunately, I ordered wrongly. I thought if we said coffee,
it would be understood as Irish coffee.
Then an uncle from US (also from our
group) sat next to me and ordered Irish coffee. He said it was good and offered
it to me. Then I asked what was the difference between ordinary coffee and
Irish coffee?
‘Well, there’s Whisky in it.
Would you like to have some?’
I guess it was *Fortunate I
ordered wrongly.
Then we went to Kylemore where a beautiful love story lies… Well about a couple, a husband, a wife with nine kids.
I didn’t have much to write about
today because I was affected by the heavy rain earlier. I got to pack my
luggage for tomorrow! Somehow I feel sad to leave Ireland..
